All the training is at the clients own risk.

The client is recommended to have an accident insurance (olycksfallsförsäkring).

All the sessions have a 24h cancellation policy. If a session is cancelled late it will be debited and will NOT be returned to the client.

The client has a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day the service is purchased. Completed sessions will NOT be refunded.

The client is binded to the contract until a cancellation of the contract happens. The contract needs to be cancelled before the 10/month to not be debited for the upcoming month.

Cancellations of a service must be done via an Email sent to oskar@oskarleonpt.com.

After buying a month on the website the future invoices will arrive to the Emailadress that is provided by the client.

Oskar Leon will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur during the training. The client is expected to have home insurance (hemförsäkring).

Oskar Leon will always respect the clients secrecy and will follow GDPR.

If a conflict arises it should at first hand be solved between the PT and the client in person at the gym.
